At Cuddl Duds, we want you to be completely comfortable in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
